The TF210965 is the only marksman rifle in the range. It has a long barrel with a suppressor-style tip, a telescopic scope on a raised mount, a folding bipod under the forend, a box magazine and an adjustable stock, and the whole body is moulded in solid blue rather than the transparent casings used lower down the range. The play pattern follows the form: the bipod lets it stand on a surface and the scope gives the child something to sight through, which is why the product photographs show it being fired prone rather than held at the hip.

The pack size reflects the length. Retail packing is 41 x 18.5 x 7 cm, the longest box in this collection, and a carton holds 24 pieces at 0.135 CBM and 14.5 kg gross, 0.60 kg per unit. A 20GP takes 207 cartons, 4,968 pieces, and the 120-piece minimum is five cartons at 0.675 CBM. Because the retail box is long and thin, shelf planning matters more than cube here: this is the model that needs depth on a shelf, so it is usually merchandised standing rather than stacked.

At $10.15 it is the second most expensive water gun after the TF211527 at $14.50, and it earns that on the accessory count rather than on size alone. It is the natural upgrade for a child who already owns one of the pistols, and it gives a retailer a step-up price point between the $7 range and the $14.50 Gatling. For a buyer testing one premium water gun, the choice between this and the Gatling usually comes down to shelf depth: the Gatling is a shorter, taller package.
