The TF213293 is the top of this collection at $6.67 with an 80-piece minimum, and the one model here built as a standing display piece rather than a handheld toy: a seven-colour flower head on a height-adjustable pole. The head carries sound and light effects, so the unit works as evening decor as well as a daytime bubble machine. The photographs show the build clearly: a yellow flower head with a multi-hole centre, a green cone-shaped reservoir directly beneath it, and a green pole standing in a round green base with four moulded feet.

That reservoir is the design decision that separates it from the cheaper units. A cone under the head holds the fluid at the top of the pole, so the unit can run for a long stretch without being topped up from ground level, which matters on a hotel terrace or in a garden where nobody is watching it.
